The mutuals of the Sun, an actor of health with 170 years of experience in the territory, can count on its 250 employees, mainly based in the South region, within twenty physical agencies, to develop activity. Activity? It revolves around the complementary health contract, called “mutual”, still not compulsory but highly recommended. Well established on the Côte d’Azur, Mutuelles du Soleil have been directed since January 1 by Morgane Chavanier, employee of the company for six years, as deputy director general in the two years preceding her advent. Six months after taking off, what roadmap has it set up?
Have you established a strategic plan?
Yes. We built it last year with Claude [Leblois, past dg, ndlr]. A three -year plan with, as a goal for example, to develop the business share of our customers. 70% of our customers are independent retirees or workers. The remaining 30% is our business members. It is this segment that we want to develop.
What do you set up to develop the business segment?
We have a proactive and servic approach. Our pack already includes more than twenty services such as teleconsultations of general practitioners or specialists, symptom analyzers, a 2nd medical advice … Everything is available to the end customer and for a company, which offers it to its employees under the term “business mutual”, this values its brand. We also organize health screening days, risk awareness … anything that can allow, short, medium or long terms, to lighten the final note for the employer. There is a real issue on social protection that leaders are starting to understand. Our last signature on the collective segment is with the Ippolito group.
What other development prospects?
Make our offers even richer, add services to offer an increased health offer, adapted to the evolution of society.
What new contracts have been implemented?
The Primo and Primo+ contracts for small budgets, which make it possible to only ensure the most expensive risks.
What about artificial intelligence in all of this?
We are continuing our digital transformation and will integrate AI into our processes to generate time to our employees in favor of high added activities.
