Less hot in EAB rooms for well-being and health of all

Because it seems unacceptable to us that a teacher spends his days with his students in a room rising up to 40 degrees from June! Because during our installation session of our work of the year on Thursday, June 19, we ended up swimming, on the edge of the discomfort on stepladder, in balance to tend cables in height in suffocating heat and without convection of the least breath of new air. Because it seems obvious to us that the permanent attribution of this large and beautiful “discovery” room is perfectly suited to a very large format practice, groups of substantial students and the warehouse of the large stock of equipment.
We, students of Valérie Colombel, hope that management intend our request and ask for solutions for our health and for our study conditions. We have noticed the impossibility of opening chassis outwards because damaged or HS opening system, the inability to obtain the crank necessary for the “ventilation” opening box at a high point of the volume in order to renew the room from new air, the canopy located at high point provides unacceptable solar overheating depending on the orientation during the day and we ask to set up means to carry out the work necessary for the rehabilitation/repair of this room.
