The two parents of the man suspected of having stabbed Louise, eleven years old, in early February in Epinay-sur-Orge (Essonne), were indicted on Wednesday for non-denunciation of crime, document destruction or object and subore of witness, said in a statement the prosecutor of the Republic of Évry Grégoire Dulin.
“The two instructing magistrates carried out today to the indictment of the parents aged 49 and 48 of the alleged perpetrator,” said Mr. Dulin, adding that “the interested parties, who chose to remain silent during their first appearance interrogation, were placed under judicial supervision”.
Disappeared at the end of her lessons on February 7, Louise had been found murdered in a wood in Longjumeau, a few hundred meters from her college in Epinay-sur-Orge.
The main suspect, a 23 -year -old man, had been indicted for murder of minor under the age of 15 and placed in pre -trial detention.
The two parents, who had been placed in police custody in February for non-denunciation of crime, had then assured that he had to know the involvement of their son in the death of Louise.
Their son had recognized the facts during his police custody, after having denied during the first 24 hours.
The suspect had explained that he had crossed in the early afternoon Louise, a student at the Epinay-sur-Orge college who was carrying his cell phone around the neck, and having decided to follow her. He had attracted it to the woods of the Templars, pretending to have lost an object.
“Arrived in a quiet corner”, he told her that he was going to “rummage his things to steal money by threatening her with a knife,” said Mr. Dulin at a press conference.
She had “shouting” when he wanted to excavate his bag, had continued the magistrate. “Panicked by his cries”, the young man made him “fall to the ground” and carried him “several stabs”.
On February 4, the suspect, student in BTS Informatique, had already approached a college student in the same sector, trying to “calm” after an altercation during part of the online video game “Fortnite”.
His 23-year-old girlfriend, also was also indicted for non-denunciation of crime and placed under judicial supervision.
