Serious real estate crisis
The disappointments have multiplied in recent years for the promoter whose headquarters are in Lyon and who has activities throughout France.
Drop in the number of employees, break or abandoned work, major new real estate crisissuspension of its stock market rating since September, 415.9 million euros in net debts recorded at the financial year 2023-2024, negative equity of 26 million euros…
A hundred threatened jobs
The group had already cut in the workforce in recent months, from around 200 to 100 employees. A hundred jobs are therefore threatened. A period of two years has been set to examine the closure of the liquidation.
The promoter had activities in the construction of houses and accommodation buildings in several regions (Ile-de-France, Occitanie, Paca, etc.). A major Parisian project has been stopped in recent months, the renovation of an important Grenelle quai building along the Seine.
