A unleashing of violence took place on the night of Saturday to Sunday in Saône-et-Loire. A 27 -year -old man was seriously injured during a brawl in Mâcon who involved 60 to 80 people, including some armies of machetes or iron bars.
The victim, “the result of the Turkish community”, suffered from a fracture at the back of the skull caused by a bruising object, said the public prosecutor of Mâcon Anne-Lise Furstoss. An investigation into attempted homicide has been opened and a person likely to have been involved in the clashes was placed in police custody in the afternoon.

The violence, which also made six light injuries including a police officer and two gendarmes out of service, took place on two sites and in several times, for reasons that remains to be clarified, according to the prosecutor.
A first episode took place around 02 hours when the police were called to the aid of a 26-year-old young man born in Nouméa, injured with an iron bar, she explained. The agents dispatched on the spot quickly crossed five relatives of the young man, who went in search of his attackers. When a vehicle approached the group, the tone has risen and the driver received a slap. The occupants of the vehicle then left, promising to return in number.
