Two suspects arrested for a flight during a traffic control

Two alleged burglars taken in the bag. Valais police arrested two men on the night of Friday to Saturday during a traffic control carried out in the city of Martigny, write the cantonal police in a press release.
By searching the vehicle, the agents discovered a large sum of money which came from a break -in committed a few hours earlier in a public establishment in the Marécottes.
The police controlled the vehicle following a report from the Federal Customs and Border Security Office (OFDF) when it crossed the border in Châtelard, between Switzerland and France.
The two suspects, Portuguese nationals aged 58 and 21, were placed in pre -trial detention for the purposes of the public prosecutor.
