The forecaster announces “Thunderstorms sometimes rainy on a good part of the country”. No less than 14 departments of the northern half of France are placed in orange alert for risk of “rain-innon” by Météo-France from 10 pm, Wednesday July 23.

In detail, the departments concerned by this vigilance are as follows: Aisne, Aube, Eure-et-Loir, Loiret, Marne, Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Les Yvelines, Yonne, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne and Val-d’Oise. “Cumulation of rains could be important in the Paris Basin”according to the meteorological service. Martinique is also affected by orange vigilance for the risk of “heavy rain and thunderstorms”.
