The press release from the Public Prosecutor of Chalon-sur-Saône is unambiguously on the supposed responsibilities in the accident who killed a 13-year-old.
It was by press release that Patrice Guignon, public prosecutor in Chalon-sur-Saône, is expressed after the terrible traffic accident, which on the night of July 2 to 3 saw the death of a 13-year-old, in the loss of control of a car inside which were five minors from 13 to 15 years old and who was therefore led by a minor (see our article).
In his press release, the public prosecutor clearly targets the responsibilities of this fatal accident. A press release in which the magistrate without ambiguity all the responsibility of the police of Montceau les Mines.
