In the aftermath of the death of a prostitute, stabbed on the night of Friday to Saturday, in Colombes, three men were put on review this Sunday. First the customer, suspected of being the murderer. And moreover, the two men responsible for protecting the victim.
In addition to the murder of the prostitute, the first is prosecuted for an attempted homicide on the two bodyguards. They are indicted for attempted murder on the customer but also for aggravated pimp.
On the circumstances of the drama, the investigation entrusted to the SDPJ 92 made it possible to establish a chronology of this bloody night. According to our information, the apartment on rue Gabriel-Péri, rented on the Airbnb platform, was occupied, in turn, by two prostitutes. It was after having received a first customer, whose behavior she considered that she was, that one of the two young women would have alerted her protectors. “The man had left the apartment without difficulty but his attitude worried him,” says a relative of the file. She then warned the man in charge of his security who himself asked for reinforcement, knowing that a second customer who has placed an order with the first should arrive. »»
Assessment and blows
The bodyguard of the second prostitute as well as the latter arrived on site just after the entry of the second client. It was at this moment that, for still vague reasons, a violent fight broke out between these different protagonists. “An altercation occurred between the two men in charge of security, the prostitute who came in reinforcement and the customer during which white weapons were released and couples,” said the Nanterre prosecutor’s office. The three men were injured while the second prostitute, deadly affected by the customer, died despite the intervention of the emergency services. Touched in the thorax, the victim died of his injuries shortly before 4 am.
Arrested just a few minutes after the facts not far from the Airbnb apartment, the two bodyguards and the customer were therefore referred this Sunday. The prosecution has opened a judicial information for “homicide, attempted homicide and aggravated pimp”. After their indictment, the two men responsible for the security of prostitutes, including a 19 -year -old minor, were placed in pre -trial detention. The customer asked for the liberties and detention judge a delayed debate which will take place at the start of the week.
