The virtual counter expands its offer intended for the population. Natural persons who wish can now access new online SCC services. This approach is part of the process of developing cantonal cyberadministe.
Four new services
The taxpayer can download his tax documents. In particular, he has the possibility of obtaining his taxation opinions and his notified accounts. This service is available for the last ten tax periods.
- Modification of banking data
The taxpayer can consult and modify his bank details.
- Statement and account situation
The taxpayer can consult the state of his accounts for each fiscal year and kind of tax. It also has the possibility of obtaining a detailed account statement by clicking on each position.
- Additional deposits and payments
The taxpayer has access to tax payment references (QR-Code), which he can easily copy for the payment of deposits for the current tax period and for an additional payment for previous tax periods.
Data security
Access to online services of the SCC is made in two steps, to guarantee the security of user data. First, they will have to connect or create an account on the Friborg virtual counter using a Swissid identifier. Taxpayers will then have to make a second identification using their AVS number, after which they will receive an activation code by post in order to finalize their identification.
