“Nieuport is becoming a second Knokke”

Evolution spaciale

At the turn of the year 2000, it was rather a few large complexes (with up to 80 housing units). Then came the time of small buildings in third or fourth line and especially large apartments, which took place on the long band of land between the channel and the avenue Albert Ier, with views of the incoming or outgoing sailboats of the port. Today, it is on the other side of the avenue that Nieuport sees his real estate future.
