“Not a lot of progress” between Hutson and CH

“There is not a lot of progress” in the negotiations between Lane Hutson and the Montreal Canadians as the training camps are approached through the National Hockey League (NHL).

This is at least what the informant Frank Seravalli reports on behalf of the Bleacher Report media. There is no emergency in this file, because there is one year to sell to the contract for the NHL of the American defender.

Still according to Seravalli, the agreement initialed between Brock Faber and the Wild du Minnesota could serve as a comparison.

“I think it will be in these waters,” he said. Seravalli also believes that the Hutson clan will have to comply with the requirements of Canadians if the long -term contract avenue is borrowed.

But according to journalist Marco d’Amico, who added his grain of salt on X, it was more the percentage of the mass occupied by the Faber contract than its average annual value of $ 8.5 million which would be considered in terms of Hutson.

The contract that Luke Hughes will sign with the New Jersey Devils should also have an impact on the negotiations between Hutson and the Habs.
