Three legal fights, three victories of David against Goliath. The last one was announced Monday August 4 by the Community of communes of the island of Oléron (CDCIO), a winning release of its trial against Leboncoin. Among its dozens of services related to classified ads, the French company connects housing owners and vacationers, with online payment, just like Airbnb or Booking.
