Regarding this weekend match, “This competition is clearly not a goal in itself. The most important thing is to have fun while trying to apply what we did during the first days of work. If we do not pass, it will not be a drama given that we are mainly focused on the championship. And if we can succeed in a correct result, even pass this first round, it will be bonus.”
The JS Fizoise is a resident of P2 Liégeoise and finished last season with a third place as well as a participation in the final round. “We know a little since a lot of our players come from Liège. We know, for example, that they have transferred a lot of elements that evolved in P1 to Hannut, so we should have a good opposition.”
Confidence is present
It remains to be seen under what conditions the Orpois will line up, they who have already returned to training on July 15. “Nothing to do with this match, it was planned like this. We already did the VMA tests, which allowed us to check if everyone had done their little individual preparation, and the results were quite conclusive. We also made the implementation since there are a lot of new players who must adapt to our style and our game format. But we see that everyone is concerned.”
The Orpois have already achieved an interesting result since the recovery since they bowed only 3-2, last Tuesday, in Aische. “We already have a match in the legs, and it was rather positive since we made a good score, scored goals and shown great things in front of a D3 formation. We have no many friendly matches and there will also be the Brabant Cup in addition to classic training. We will therefore go up gradually and endurance.”
That said, the lights are green, especially since the group is already present. “I think things arise well. There are currently three holidaymakers but despite some comings and goings and the few small recovery sores, this is not a problem to make a team since there is a nucleus of about nineteen elements.”
