Raymond Poulet, Robert Miller’s alleged switchboard, was arrested

The Montreal City Police Service (SPVM) proceeded to the arrest of Raymond Poulet, an employee of the businessman Robert Miller, on July 9, who helped the latter have organized a sexual exploitation network for young women.

The arrest mandate of SPVM Counts 10 charges involving crimes of a sexual nature, evoking three victims and dating back to 1995.

Raymond Poulet, 76, is notably accused of pimping involving minors, sexual assault and touching on a child under the age of 14.

Raymond Poulet did not respond to Radio-Canada calls. In an interview with everyday life The Pressehe said vehemently the allegations it is the subject.

The arrest of Raymond Chicken arrives a month after stopping criminal procedures against Robert Miller who, at the final stage of Parkinson’s disease, was tried too sick to undergo his trial. Robert Miller faced 24 counts linked to sexual crimes, the majority involving minors, committed between 1994 and 2016.

The businessman, who has always denied the facts reproached for him, had pleaded not guilty.

After stopping procedures against the billionaire, several alleged victims wondered about the fate of Robert Miller’s associates who, according to them, had helped orchestrate his alleged crimes.

A name that was often coming back

In February 2023, the program Investigation, From Radio-Canada, revealed the allegations of ten women who declared that they had been sexually exploited by Robert Miller, including six who were minor at the time of the facts.

Since then, more than fifty women have come out of the shadows to denounce Robert Miller to the Montreal police or as part of prosecution.

According to women who spoke to Investigation, The discreet owner of the multinational Future Electronics would have spent more than ten years recruiting young girls for sexual purposes.

Several of the women encountered by Radio-Canada then claimed that their meetings with Robert Miller had been organized by employees of the latter, including one called Raymond Poulet, who sometimes used the pseudonym Sébastien.

These women say that Raymond Poulet has recruited them, sometimes asking them for a share of the money Robert Miller had paid them for the meetings. Others go further and say that the contribution would have attacked them, claiming to have the tester Before sending them to Robert Miller.

On the LinkedIn platform, Raymond Poulet presents himself as Robert Miller’s private advisor at Future Electronics. However, a receptionist contacted by Radio-Canada in 2023 had indicated that he did not appear in the bottin of the employees.

At the time, Raymond Poulet refused to answer journalists’ questions, claiming to have no knowledge of this story.

Shocking testimonies

If he escapes a criminal trial, Robert Miller remains the target of several individual proceedings and a collective appeal which has nearly 50 participants. Some of these causes also concern Raymond Chicken. The two men dispute the procedures.

In the collective recourse, a dozen women argue that it was Raymond Poulet who brought them into the world of Robert Miller when they were minor, towards the late 1990s and the early 2000s.

Some of the participants in the collective appeal allege that Raymond Chicken seemed responsible for their preselection, assessing their physical appearance and asking them several questions concerning, among other things, their sexual health and their age.

We went up to the room of a man called Raymond Pouletdescribes one of the complainants of the collective appeal in his declaration. He made me sign a declaration which stipulated that I had no STIs (sexually transmitted infection) and he explained to me how it was going to work with [Robert Miller].

Several women allege that they came across the proof through classified ads that he had published in large Montreal newspapers.

One of the participants in the collective appeal specifies in his declaration that the announcement which led him to meet Robert Miller had made him a job as a model. Arrived there, she rather found herself to have sex with the two men, who, according to her, knew that she was a minor.

[Raymond Poulet] told me that I also had to have sex with him so that he could try me “and so that he could show me what Bob lovedshe writes.

Another says he was assaulted by the contribution. [Il] threw me on the bed and tried to remove my clothes telling me that I owed him somethingshe writes in the declaration produced within the framework of collective action. He put himself over me, but I was debated and I managed to leave.

The room 2500

The role of Raymond Poulet had also been reported to Radio-Canada by witnesses to the Miller affair in 2023.

Recall that the billionaire used large Montreal hotels for his meetings with young girls, in luxurious suites he rented year -round.

Donna Loupret, former security manager of the Intercontinental hotel, had told Radio-Canada that Raymond Poulet was rented a room on the same floor.

Mr. Chicken occupied the room 2500. He brought the girls there, then he accompanied them to Miller’s room. When they had finished, they returned to the chicken room before leaving.

When the hotel staff began to pay more attention to the presence of very young girls at the hotel scene, Donna Loupret said he had received a call directly from Robert Miller, who would then have ordered him to file peace His partner Raymond Chicken.

Raymond Poulet was also in the SPVM sights of the SPVM in a first police investigation targeting Robert Miller, in 2009. At the time, Mr. Poulet had been photographed by investigators for identification purposes with the alleged victims, who often did not know his true identity.

Raymond Chicken is the third partner of the billionaire to be apprehended by the authorities.

Two women are also accused of pimping: Teresita Fuentes, a longtime employee of Robert Miller, was arrested on June 4, 2024.

A second woman, whose identity is under prescription of non-publication, but who would have spent more than ten years recruiting young girls for the billionaire, was arrested in the spring of 2025.

These women have not yet recorded a plea.

Raymond Chicken’s appearance is not yet known.
