Since 2020, the online rehab app has continued to enrich new content. Moreover, Thought as a toolbox. Meanwhile, accessible to everyone, it supports users in their psychosocial rehabilitation journey, promotes autonomy, destigmatization and access to care.
Fruit of an approach initiated during the COVVI-19 health crisis. Therefore, the mobile application ” Rehab at home Was designed by the Center for Psychosocial Rehabilitation (CSRP) of the Ain Psychotherapeutic Center (CPA) to support people affected by mental disorders or neurodevelopment. Consequently, This tool. first born in the form of a blog during confinement, turned into a modern mobile application, free and accessible to all, with the ambition of supporting the recovery at each stage of the care path.
Through this digital application. the objectives are multiple: supporting users in their recovery journey by offering them independent access to rehabilitation care tools, promoting links between professionals réhab home: daily toolbox and users through this mediation, providing information to loved ones, disseminating the centered recovery approach, and more broadly to communicate on mental health.
Thought as a digital toolboxthe application regularly offers new content. co-constructed by professionals in the psychosocial rehabilitation of the CPA and the users themselves.
There are in particular:
- Cognitive stimulation exercises (memory. attention, social cognition),
- Anxiety and relaxation management tools,
- Adapted physical activity videos and online challenges,
- Resources in art therapy to stimulate creativity and imagination,
- Ideas to promote autonomy (recipes, daily organization),
- Psychoeducation articles (information on disorders and development of strategies to deal with it),
- Links to cultural or media resources to stimulate social integration.
The approach is based on the principles ofempowermentaccessibility (easy reading. intuitive interface), and destigmatization of mental health, in an inclusive logic. The contents are offered without the need to create an account. and users benefit from personalized réhab home: daily toolbox support according to their needs or their mood of the moment.
