Revelations of an ex-wages | Two alleged murderers among the most sought after fugitives in Quebec

Two known names in the Montreal interlope environment are added to the list of the most sought -after fugitives in Quebec. The two alleged murderers were targeted last June during an important roundup aimed at the crime organized as part of a historic investigation based on the revelations of a former hitman of organized crime, Frédérick Silva.

Pierry Philogene and Gianpietro Tiberio are now part of the list of the most sought after fugitives in Quebec. “These two individuals have been actively sought since the important operation aimed at the crime organized on June 12,” said the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).

Philogene, 38, is wanted for the premeditated murder of Charles-Olivier Boucher Savard, alias “Charlo”, occurred on December 22, 2021. According to our information, the victim was a close to Atna Onha, a gang leader and influence member of the organized crime known as Tupac. Mr. Boucher Savard would have been murdered, because he would have liked to attack the members of a group called the Federation that Silva had created with accomplices.

Philogene would have been the driver of Charles-Olivier Boucher-Savard the day of the murder. He would have been held at him because of his loyalty to Onha, an enemy of the Italian mafia.

Pietro d’Adamo, Davide Barberio, Daniele Guarna and Darius Perry had also been accused of the first degree murder of Charles-Olivier Bouchard-Savard last June.

Gianpietro Tiberio, 52, is actively wanted for murder and attempted murder. He is suspected of having been involved in the murder of Domenico Facchini as well as in the attempted murder of Vito d’Orazio, which occurred in 2012 at the Café Domenica-In, formerly located on Boulevard Provencher in Montreal.

According to our information, Tiberio commanded this attack which would have targeted Alessandro Sucapane, a partner of Giuseppe de Vito involved in a rebellion against the Sicilian clan between 2009 and 2011, while the godfather of the Montreal mafia, Vito Rizzuto, was detained in the United States for three murders committed in New York in 1981.

Silva committed or plotted several murders for Montreal organized crime between 2012 and the beginning of 2022, the year in which he began to collaborate with the police. He made declarations on approximately 65 murders, attempted murder and other conspiracies which are behind a major investigation by the Montreal City Police Service and the Sûreté du Québec called Alliance.

On June 12, the investigators carried out their first arrests as part of this investigation and beheaded the clan of the Sicilians of the Montreal mafia, by arresting in particular Leonardo Rizzuto, younger son of the former godfather Vito Rizzuto, Stefano Sollecito, Cochef du Clan, Vito Salvaggio, lieutenant of the clan, and Pietro d’Adamo, armed.

Anyone holding information to locate one of these individuals is requested to contact the Quebec Sûreté Criminal Information Central at 1 800 659-4264 or to visit the Fugitivesquebec.com site to make a report. All information will be processed in a confidential manner, recalls the SQ.
