The 29 -year -old man arrested on July 11 in Marsolan (Gers) was indicted for assassination, after killing an entrepreneur. The drama sparked a keen excitement in Lomagne.
Marsolan, a village of 440 inhabitants, was the scene of an icing crime on the night of July 10 to 11. A fifties, owner of a funeral company in Lectoure, was killed at his home. His alleged attacker, a 29 -year -old man, was arrested shortly after the facts.

The suspect was indicted for assassination and placed in pre -trial detention, according to information communicated this Monday by the Agen prosecutor’s office at the France Press agency (AFP). The investigation was entrusted to the Criminal Pole of Agen, the Auch prosecutor’s office having divel from the file.
The man arrested recognizes “the materiality of the facts” but his statements remain to be confirmed, said Olivier Naboulet, public prosecutor. According to the latter, the suspect says he was “victim of rape” committed by the victim, reports AFP.

Judicial information was opened for “homicide with premeditation or Guet-Apens, that is to say assassination”, and entrusted to an investigating judge who indicted the suspect. The latter was “placed in pre -trial detention, in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution”.
According to our information, the respondent had been seen on a scooter by a motorist on a country road in the middle of the night, zigzaganous. 48 hours after the suspect’s arrest, his police custody had been lifted for medical incompatibility.
