And this, with the challenge of not closing your casino, bar and restaurant during the 18 months of work. With a delegation of public service until 2042, the Casinotier Joa invests 8 million euros to modernize and renovate, both the structure and the atmosphere, of this anti -Boise institution of 4,000m2created in the seafront, in the early 1960s.
A kitchen at 1 million euros
A major site phase, started in early 2025, which should be completed in April 2027. In this perspective, a step of importance has just been taken. At the end of four months of work, the huge 400m kitchen2 has been completely redone, for an amount of one million euros. “For a year, our kitchens were in Algeco, which prevented us from welcoming events. Ambiance “beach club”
Next January, a second phase of work is expected to start.
