Serious accident involving several motorcycles on route 112: serious injuries transported to hospital
Saint-Georges, June 21, 2025-A serious road accident involving a group of motorcyclists occurred on Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m. on route 112, mobilizing an important intervention by emergency services.
According to the first information available, the collision would question several motorcyclists. Four to five people were injured and transported to the Saint-Georges hospital centers and the Quebec region. The Sûreté du Québec evokes serious injuries, without however specifying the vital prognosis of the victims for the moment.
At the time of the accident, motorcyclists circulated in a group. The exact circumstances of the collision remain unknown for the moment and an investigation is underway to determine what may have led to this pile up.
Route 112 is currently closed to traffic in order to allow specialized investigators to reconstruct the scene. An accident technician as well as an investigator of the Sûreté du Québec are expected on site to shed light on the event.
