What are the best insurance in Switzerland according to consumers?
Comparis unveils its annual classification, based on the advice of 4,500 consumers. If the movable dominates several categories, other actors are struggling to convince.
The comparis platform, as every year, has asked consumers to select the best insurance companies and mortgage establishments.

The platform Comparis As every year, consumers have been asked to select the best insurance companies and mortgage establishments. The survey, carried out on a representative group of 4,500 people, allows you to take up a ranking, unveiled this Thursday by the website.
The different actors can obtain different labels, depending on the note they have obtained. Here are the results, by product type.
Basic insurance
“In 2025, four sickness insurers occupied first place,” said Comparis. This is Aquilana, HelsanaSwica and Ökk. These companies all obtained the score of 5.1, which allows them to win the silver label.
On the second step of the podium, with a note of 5, we find Agrisano, Atupri, Concordia, Egk-Caisse de Santé, Sana 24, Visana and Vivacare. Finally, CSS, KPT, Sanitas and Sympany obtain the note of 4.9.
In terms of value for money, Aquilana Ökk and Agrisano are particularly acclaimed. On the side of general satisfaction, we find Aquilana again, as well as Swica.
At the bottom of the classification established by Comparis, we find assured, with the note of 4.7, or even Mutuel Assurances group, which obtains the score of 4.7.
Assurance auto
“The movable has again obtained the best note for its car insurance and thus wins the Gold label,” reports Comparis. The company obtained the note of 5.3. It is not the only one to receive gold: Vaudoise and Smile also win it, with a score of 5.2.
Third place is shared by the providers who have obtained the score of 5.1. Among them are Axa, Allianz Switzerland, Baseloise, Generali, TCS and Zurich. Elvia arrives at the bottom of the ranking, with a score of 4.9.
Household insurance and civil liability
It is still the movable that ranks in mind in this category. With the note of 5.3, she receives the Gold label. It is followed by Axa, Allianz Switzerland, Helvetia, Vaudoise and Smile, who obtained the 5,1 score.
Then come Basel, Elvia, Generali, Visana and Zurich, with the note of 5. It is CSS which closes the classification, with a note of 4.9.
Mortgage
In terms of mortgages, it is the cantonal bank of Basel-Campagne which rises in first place and which won the Gold label, with the comparis note of 5.3. On the second step of the podium, we find the Cantonal Bank of Argovie, the Bernese cantonal bank, Raiffeisen, the cantonal bank of Saint-Gall as well as the cantonal bank of Zurich, which all obtain the 5.2 note.
At the bottom of the comparis platform ranking is UBS. The bank obtained the score of 4.8.
