The Japanese retailer Uniqlo will open in the fall a second store in Quebec, this time at the Galeries de la Capitale, where he will bet on a room of more than 11,500 ft2.

The opening is scheduled for next October. Work is already underway to convert three premises on the first floor of the galleries into one to offer a total area of 11,560 pi2in place of the old vaccination center.

Uniqlo must also open another store this summer, this time in Ste-Foy.
The brand, which offers clothing for the whole family, is recognized for its minimalist style. She entered Canada in 2016 with a store in Toronto.
In addition to UNIQLO in the fall, galleries will be able to bet on a point of sale of the Beiko Dack box and on a new Winners store in the winter of 2026.
Marie-Christine Paré believes that it is the change of owner last September that explains this dynamism at the galleries.
“With the arrival of Primaris, it brings a wind of novelty and new contacts, relations with certain brokers,” says the director general.
