Horror scene in the South Buton district in Indonesia. The body of a missing farmer was found inside an eight -meter python, reports the Indonesian press agency Antara. The 63 -year -old man had no longer gave a sign of life after going to his plantation. The drama occurred in the village of Majapahit, on the island of Buton, in the province of Sulawesi in the Southeast.
The inhabitants discovered the animal with strange behavior, visibly slowed down by an abnormal load. Suspected that he had ingested something voluminous, they decided to shoot him. At the opening of his abdomen, the terrible confirmation fell: the serpent had swallowed the missing farmer.
A fairly common presence of large snakes
“We searched the area, including its hut, without success. It was then that a group of residents saw the snake lying a few hundred meters from the shelter. Seeing his belly, they understood, ”said Dirman, Warrant Officer of the village, quoted by the Antara agency.
