The basic iPhone 17 would offer six color options, according to information confirmed by several sources. This palette includes the black and white classics, joined by four new shades: Steel Gray (Pantone 18-4005-TPG), green (Pantone 2282 U), Violet (Pantone 530 U) and light blue (Pantone 658 U).
The Steel Gray is a more modern reinterpretation of Space Gray, while the return of purple marks a revival after its absence on recent models. The iPhone 17 Air: sobriety and elegance
The new iPhone 17 Air, which replaces the more abandoned model due to its low sales, would adopt a more minimalist approach with four colors: black, white, light blue (Pantone 657 U) and clear gold (Pantone 11-0604 TPG Gardenia). This limited selection is explained by the positioning of the Air model, designed to be the finest iPhone ever created with a thickness less than 6 mm.

The iPhone 17 Pro: Chromatic innovation with the Liquid Glass
Pro models would introduce the most intriguing color in the range: the Liquid Glass. This special finish, available only on the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, created different visual effects depending on the lighting conditions.
