From the 1stis July 2025, patients must now pay between € 1 and € 7 more than before to consult certain specialists.
After a first wave of increases in late December 2024, the price of medical consultations will increase for certain specialists to 1is July 2025. According to health insurance, the objective is to make city medicine more attractive for generalists and specialists and thus revitalize the installation of cabinets.
An increase in prices of the compulsory consultations of the child
Now, passages from the pediatrician cost 40 € for 0-2 year olds (against 39 € before July 1, 2025). As for compulsory visits to the youngest, their price is upgraded to 1is July up to € 60, as is the new pediatric expertise consultation for children aged 0 to 16.
While the mental health of 12-25 year olds has deteriorated since the health crisis, child psychiatry consultations are reinforced and valued from € 67 to € 75. They will concern young people up to 25 and over just 16 years old. The so -called “complex” consultations, involving the presence of the family for a child with a serious psychiatric pathology, are also upgraded, to encourage adapted follow -up of delicate situations.
Revaluation of medical prices for the elderly
Specialists in monitoring the elderly and specific pathologies related to aging, geriatrician doctors see their consultations revalued at 42 € on July 1, 2025 (37 € to December 22, 2024, and € 31.5 today).
From January 2026, patients over 80 will benefit from a long consultation in the amount of € 60 with their attending physician in certain situations which require that they spend more time.
To support the management of elderly patients, often suffering from several pathologies and requiring coordination of care and interventions between the various health professionals, the medical agreement provides for improved remuneration of the attending physician: thus, the attending physician package now provides for an amount of € 100 per year, for the monitoring of a patient over 80 years old and in long -term affection.
