Chatgpt is bringing a new revolution. This week, Openai presented the agent mode of her chatbot. By combining the Operator functionality and in -depth research, the company has developed a versatile functionality which allows the AI to carry out actions instead of the user on a computer in the cloud, instead of simply producing content (such as text or images).
Thanks to this agent, AI can actually work in the user’s place. This novelty is not yet available in the EU. But in the rest of the world, it is offered to users of Chatgpt Plus subscriptions and Chatgpt Pro.
However, once again, Chatgpt was the victim of its success. In an announcement on social network X, Openai indicates that functionality is already deployed in Chatgpt Pro subscribers. On the other hand, because of a larger demand than expected, the Chatgpt Plus subscribers and the Chatgpt Team subscribers will have access to it until Monday.

Different limits depending on the subscription
Like many features on Chatgpt, access to agent mode is not unlimited. Chatgpt pro subscribers will be able to use this agent 400 times a month, while other Chatgpt paying subscribers will only be entitled 40 uses per month. However, it will be possible to buy credits for obtaining additional uses.
With regard to the EU, Openai indicated in a message that he wishes to offer this functionality in the European Economic Area and in Switzerland soon. The company does not indicate why the agent mode is not yet accessible in our regions. But it is very likely that this is linked to the rules that govern digital and AI in the European Union.
