Three women were sexually assaulted Thursday in Bienne in the space of two hours. The victims were able to defend themselves and managed to put their attacker on the run. For the police, it is in the three cases of the same man.
(Keystone-ATS) The first attack dates back to Thursday at 10:40 a.m. A woman was discussed in a biece forest by a man who would then have assaulted her sexually and physically. She was able to defend herself by shouting hard, then putting the attacker on the run.
About an hour later, another woman was the victim of sexual assault. Around 12:50 p.m., the Bernese cantonal police were informed of a third offense, still in Bienne. A woman has also been sexually and physically assaulted here by a man speaking in French. The victim was able to defend himself and the attacker fled in an unknown direction.
The events are linked, the Police and the Bernese-Seeland jura regional public prosecutor who launched a call for witnesses on Friday.
