Nothing like a good French comedy to brighten up summer evenings. “The revenge of Master Poutifard” won at the top of the audiences, Tuesday evening on TF 1. According to Médiamétrie, the film, released in 2023 and carried by Christian Clavier and Isabelle Nanty, entertained 2.92 million viewers, or 20.4 % of the public and 30.2 % of women responsible for purchases aged under 50 (FRDA-50). The feature film directed by Pierre-François Martin-Laval had attracted 180,735 when he died.
France 3 climbs on second place in the podium thanks to two episodes of “OPJ”. The detective series with Yaëlle Trules, Antoine Stip and Nathan Dellem was at the top of the rankings for a few weeks and attracted 2.79 million viewers between 9:06 p.m. and 10:49 p.m. This represents 19.9 % audience share and 5.6 % of FRDA-50. As for France 2 and “The last secrets of humanity”, produced by Jacques Malaterre, it captivated 1.01 million viewers or 7.1 % audience share and 4.6 % of FRDA-50. Last week’s documentary, “Hiroshima, the race for Apocalypse”, had interested 2.06 million viewers between 9:02 p.m. and 10:47 p.m., or 13.3 % of the public and 8.6 of the FRDA-50.
