Until 2:30 am late and deleted trains between Paris and Lille after an electrical failure

A breakdown on Monday morning in Val-d’Oise blocks the high-speed line between the capital and the north of France, also affecting the trains for London and Brussels. The SNCF hopes for a return to normal at the end of the evening.

Difficult start to the week for travelers in the north of France. The high -speed line between Paris and Lille is interrupted this Monday, August 4, since 8:30 am, following a “Power supply in the Moussy sector”in Val-d’Oise, indicates the SNCF.

The TGV Inoui, the Ouigo and the Eurostar accuse up to 2:30 am late, and some trains have been removed. The incident concerns the trains circulating between the capital and Lille but also to Dunkirk, Valenciennes or Boulogne-sur-Mer. “Some trains will take a bypass route via the classic line in order to avoid the incident area, therefore, changes in serors and deletions are to be expected”indicates the railway company on its site.
