A few months later, in August 2023, the rumors of Ukrainian involvement in the death of Evguéni Prigojine, sulphurous and ultra-violent businessman, who had gradually freed from Kremlin until they openly challenge Vladimir Putin before disappearing in a strange plane crash had also spread.
More recently, in December 2024, the Russian Russian, chemical and biological defense commander, Igor Kirillov, was killed by the explosion of an electric scooter trapped in Moscow, an assassination which had been claimed by the Ukrainian security services (SBU). Finally, on April 25, General Iaroslav Moskalik, deputy chief of the Operational Directorate of the Russian armed forces, was killed in the explosion of a car near Moscow.
