Real estate company Wihlborgs has concluded rental contracts in Denmark with more than 32,000 square meters during the second quarter, according to a press release.
Among the new agreements are notably a lease with the housing company Tårnbyhuse for 1,500 square meters in Kastrup, as well as a contract with HL Display concerning 800 square meters in Herlev. In addition, the existing tenant Flatpay has extended and extended his rental, going from 1,200 to 5,600 square meters in Herlev.
The largest contract was signed with Per Aarsleff, which leased 24,000 square meters on Ejby Industrivej, west of Copenhagen.
