A great honor for the young talent Emely Jäggi: During the opening ceremony of the European Youth Olympic Festivals (Eyof) in Skopje, the 16 -year -old shooter wore the Swiss flag in common with Yanis Berthoud (road cycling).
From July 20 to 26, some 4,000 athletes from 49 countries will compete during the largest multisport event intended for European talents in the next generation, the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) 2025, which will take place in Skopje, Kumanovo (North Macedonia) and Osijek (Croatia).
Switzerland will be represented by the shooter at the pistol Theodor Reimann (Gerlikon, TG), the drawer with the Dorian Saillen rifle (Val-d’Alliez, VS) and the talented exceptional shooter with the rifle Emely Jäggi (Niederbuchsit, SO). The latter had the honor of carrying the Swiss flag during the opening ceremony alongside Yanis Berthoud (road cycling).
