If Microsoft has already thought of users who have forgotten to disconnect from their accounts, she now thinks of users who would forget to lock their PC. Users will now have the possibility of locking their PC remotely from their smartphone, reports Windows Central.

To activate this feature, you will of course have to have previously linked your smartphone to your PC via the application Link with Windows. Once on the application, the user will only have to press the button “Lock the PC”. Once the computer is locked, the smartphone will also be disconnected from the PC until the next reconnection.
To have access to this new function, users will have to use version 1,25071,165 Connected mobile, precise Windows Central. Currently being deployed, it is possible that it is not yet available for all users.
