Every morning, at 6.45 am, the trainees were entitled to a sprint session in the coast. Subsequently, throughout the day, they went on with training sessions, technical work blocks, physical preparation and opposition.

A program planned to fill the range of boxers present in the Hautes-Pyrénées. Because with fifteen participants, the internship was a great diversity of profiles. When some “we really enjoyed it”, amateurs, came to Loudenvielle with a few months of boxing in the gloves. others displayed a well-established track record: Ashley Ndosi, champion of amateur France, or Odelia Ben Ephraïm, vice-champion of professional Europe.

And the mountain did its work. Between the intense sessions. the participants were able to take advantage of the spectacular natural setting, especially during the races around Lac de Loudenvielle. “To breathe fresh air after such an effort, it’s just happiness. We enjoyed ourselves, it was magnificent,” says Gaspard.

A day of recovery at the thermal Center Balnea even came to punctuate the program. which allowed the trainees to outdo themselves. “The technical level of the girls was excellent, really. It allowed everyone to outdo themselves,” observes Gaspard.

The internship ended in relaxation, with a last moment shared in the Balnéa sauna, mixing fatigue and smiles. A great way to close three “we really enjoyed it”, amateurs, intense days, marked by effort and exchange.

Two new sessions are already announced by The Fight Crew. on August 30 and 31 and then on September 27 and 28, still in Loudenvielle. The dynamics are launched.
