Monday overview: five Canadians at the Open of …

In the aftermath of the national banking omnium, five Canadians were in action during the first weekend of the Cincinnati Open.

Three of them began the tournament by signing a gain, but two others were eliminated from the outset.

Under the radar: twelve Canadian people on the Simple W50’s Table of Saskatoon W50

The kick -off of the Saskatoon W50 tournament was given on Monday and 12 Canadians participated in the main draw.

Each half of the table has a Canadian duel in the first round: Mia Kupres will face Bianca Jolie Fernandez, the sister of Leylah Annie, in the upper half, while the 7e Katherine Sebov seeded will be measured in Avery Alexander, 15 years old.

Four other Canadian teenage girls also participate in competition: Scarlett Nicholson and Teah Chavez, 19, Isabella Morton, 17, and Selin Vakalapudi, 16.

They will try to imitate their compatriot Mboko, champion of this tournament in 2022 and 2023.
