An anniversary with profile
From June 26 to July 6, 2025, the Solsberg Festival celebrates its 20th anniversary. What started as a chamber music project has long since developed into a renowned meeting point for the international classical scene. The festival is still shaped by the strong artistic manuscript of the cellist Sol Gabettawho together with Artistic Manager Christoph Müller the program curated.
The concerts take place in atmospheric places around Basel, Rheinfelden and Freiburg – including historical churches, intimate halls and acoustically excellent spaces.
Big names, close connections
The anniversary program lives from musical friendships. Many of the artists that occur have been connected to Sol Gabetta for years – through joint projects, personal gangs or long -term stage partnerships. This special closeness shapes the character of the concerts: it is not just about perfect technology, but about trust, intensity and expression.
