In France, around 25,000 refusals to comply are committed on average each year. Many police officers are the collateral victims. This was still the case near Lyon last night. An individual circulating on a scooter refused to submit to a police check overnight Friday to Saturday, in Oullins-Pierre-Bénite, indicates Progress. The facts started more precisely at the intersection between the streets Louis-Normand and Louis-Roy, near a point of deal.
The actively sought suspect
