The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is requesting public help in order to find a 79 -year -old man who is missing from Shawinigan, Mauricie.
Marcel Matteau was seen for the last time Tuesday evening when he left his home around 8:20 p.m., but he has not given a sign of life since.
The septuagenarian was aboard his Hyundai Santa Fe sport utility vehicle, 2017, in sand gray, registered AHG 5 p.m. in Quebec.
“A CB radio is in his vehicle with a possibly visible expectation,” said the SQ, who specifies that Mr. Matteau could be in Haute-Mauricie where he has a chalet.

The man of Shawinigan frequents restaurants, snacks and is interested in construction sites and car dealerships, according to the SQ.
“His relatives have reasons to fear for his health and safety,” said the SQ, who mentions that the septuagenarian “could be disoriented and weakened”.
M. Matteau, who carries a beard, measures 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in), weighs 100 kg (220 lb) and has brown eyes and white hair.
