A gynecologist accused of touching up to six patients
The man, who disputes the facts, was prohibited from practice. He will be tried by the criminal court.

Six women, even Modus Operandi. A gynecologist is accused of having engaged in touching up on his patients between 2010 and 2019. Already prohibited from practice, the individual will be tried by the criminal court.
The complainants are all patients of this man born in 1963, practicing in a cabinet on the left bank. They denounced their doctor after touching up with the gynecological siege, their feet placed in the stirrups, unable to defend themselves.
Sexual caresses
The file is heavy: a patient denounces sexual caresses on her breasts, which the gynecologist carried out at each annual check. Another accuses the practitioner of having touched and caressed his private parts, there too, in a non -medical and repeated way. A third complainant relates inappropriate gestures, behind her back and on her thighs, before carrying out sexual touching too.
Three other women are among the complainants, always denouncing the same process. Cares made by their caregiver in order to obtain sexual excitement, on the clitoris, the vagina or the breasts, accompanied by questions about their intimate relationships. Most of the acts denounced date from 2018.
All these women were unable to oppose the acts of their doctor: he was in a position of strength, standing in front of them, while the victims were hampered, installed in the examination seat, naked under a robe more. Some have told that they were paralyzed by his gestures, others asked him to arrest his actions on several occasions.
For the public prosecutor, the gynecologist took advantage of the relationship of trust he had with his victims, of the psychological grip he had on them – being their doctor – by taking them off guard, arousing fear and stupor, thus preventing them from resisting. The man is thus prosecuted of acts of sexual order committed on a person incapable of discernment.
Attouring on a child
But that’s not all: before these cases denounced in the context of his work, the man is also accused of having died on a friend of his daughter (who was not informed) at least twice, while she was between 7 and 10 years old.
The facts would have occurred at his home, in neighboring France, in the swimming pool but also in the children’s room, when the little girl was asleep. The individual notably licked him the between Cuisisse. He is thus accused of sexual acts with this now adult child, which he disputes in full.
To this file are added still traffic violations: in 2022, the doctor notably fled by car at the sight of the police, hitting the agents’ car. He ended up swerring by violently hitting a safety slide. Five years earlier, the man had already been pinched on the handlebars of his motorcycle, drunk. He is also continued for cocaine consumption.
The defendant, arrested, was released, but subject to substitution measures pending his trial. Prohibition to contact the victims, but also to exercise gynecology, in particular.
Contested facts
For his lawyers, Me Cédric Kurth and Me Yaël Hayat, this man “was put to the test of institutional violence fertilized by inept allegations. It will be up to the judges to resist an ambient incomplete drift in the post-#metoo context where emotion and media exposure tend to precede the examination of the facts. ”
On the merits of the case, lawyers specify that their customer, presumed innocent, “never responded to public accusations and exclusively reserves their declarations to justice”.
For the defense, “this affair illustrates how an accusation may be enough to destroy a life. For six years, a man was exposed to suspicion, deprived of exercising his very profession accompanied by an assistant, without any evidence coming to establish his guilt. We should not be able to trample the foundations of justice. ”
Marked victims
Lawyer for several complainants, Me Robert Assaël indicates that the victims are still very marked, six years after the facts. “Their feeling of betrayal and abuse is all the stronger since they had total confidence in this doctor.”
The lawyer welcomes the courage of his customers. “They first dared to speak and denounce the intolerable; They then endured too long procedure and the fanciful denials of the accused. The fact that several victims, who did not know each other, denounce similar facts, without having an interest in wrongly accusing, signs his guilt. ” The trial will be held from September 1 to 5.
