After returning to work, Air Canada on -board agents were able to consult their understanding on Tuesday.

The report was presented during the afternoon to unionized employees.
Among other things, it would contain a salary increase of 20% over four years for juniors and 16% over four years for seniors.
On -board agents also claimed to be paid on the ground before takeoff. Their passport will also be reimbursed.

Employees will have to ratify the agreement in the coming weeks.
The repercussions of the strike have been considerable in recent days: around 700 flights canceled daily and 25,000 travelers trapped abroad.
“It will take seven to ten days before we really returned to a completely normal situation. It is very complicated, the exploitation of an airline. We do not always realize it, but in a network, there are a lot of interdependencies and therefore it is not made to be arrested, ”explained Christophe Hennebelle, vice-president of Air Canada communications.
