The artists Zachary Richard and Julie Aubé will perform at the Acadie-Louisiane show which will take place on August 8 in front of the Monument-Lefebvre, in Memramcook, in New Brunswick.
Everything will start at 6.30 p.m. The public will be able to listen to Julie Aubé in the first part, then Zachary Richard, who promises a whole party.
In Memramcook, I will celebrate with the Acadians. I’m going to celebrate the birthday of my first coming in Acadia. It’s been 50 years
underlines the musician.
Being able to celebrate all of this and find myself in community again, to claim this identity which was less flamboyant than it is today, I am proud to be part of an Acadian impulse which is confirmed, which is confirmed and which flourishes
explains Zachary Richard.
I am here especially to make music, sing and have fun with my friends.
It will be the best spectacle that has never been in the world
he adds, wink.
A family air and a symbolic place
Zachary Richard is happy to perform again with Julie Aubé. The show will have a family air.
It’s nice, especially with someone who is friendly as Julie. I congratulate her for her recent marriage. I know her husband, who is a friend of me, of Louisiana. So it’s the family

Zachary Richard has friends in the Memramcook region.
It is a whole cradle, in a way, of Acadia, knowing its history. For me, it is a symbolic place, a place that represents friendship and family.
The national historic place of the Monument-Lefebvre is dedicated to the Acadian Renaissance. Acadia is more alive than 50 years ago, estimates Zachary Richard, and he wants it to continue to progress.
The Acadian community has insurance, confidence that is increasingly asserting itself, and my experience did not exist in the same way 50 years ago. We enter a new era
he said.

Being able to sing together, to continue to create in the French language on this territory is important that goes beyond symbolism and which becomes something really fundamental for the community.
He expresses a wish for the National Day of Acadia, which will take place a week after this show.
I would like to wish all Acadians, all the Acadian women, a happy August 15 in advance a little. Let’s be proud. Make noise during the Tintamarre.
