The quadball is played 7 in mixed teams. The goal is to send the ball through one of the three rings which earns 10 points or catch the flag which earns 30 points. The team with the most unit at the end of the game wins the match.
This World Cup in Tubize was the sixth edition of the competition while the first was organized in 2012 in Oxford. The other editions were mainly dominated by the United States which had four out of five titles. Belgium is the first European country to be world champion.
