At Toronto airport | A pimps arrested with a young woman who has disappeared

Risk of recurrence

Zion Jean-Charles is accused, in Ontario, of the use of a counterfeit document, of obstacle to the work of the police and non-compliance with a condition of the court. He was repatriated to Montreal at the end of January, where his release was revoked.

It is in this context that the crown prosecutor, m^e Delphine Mauger, asked the court to reopen her evidence on a sentence, which was granted to her.

The joint suggestion of four years of penitentiary has been removed by the crown, which risks asking for a more severe sentence.

“The new accusations and the new investigation question the real degree of rehabilitation as well as the risk of recurrence of Mr. Jean-Charles,” said the crown in the request.

Zion Jean-Charles brought hell to life to his two victims a few years ago. For months, Clara* sold her body under the influence of her executioner.
