Vergé-Dépré sisters win the Swiss duel
The Bernese defeated Tanja Hüberli and Leona Kernen on Saturday to reach the quarter -finals of the Elite16 tournament in Gstaad (BE).

Anouk and Zoé Vergé-Dépré won the Swiss derby at the Elite16 tournament in Gstaad. The sisters beat Tanja Hüberli and Leona Kernen 21-18 21-15 to reach the quarter-finals.
The laid-decreases, which have been playing together since the start of the season, have thus confirmed their good shape. The Bernese were in particular excellent in the block and made fewer errors than their opponents.
“We were well concentrated and knew how to take the lead when something was wrong. It was very hot. Now you have to recover and drink a lot, ”said Anouk Vergé-Dépré. The Swiss pair will play its quarter-final in the late afternoon.
