The reason for this happy new year is simple. “The weather dictates everything in beekeeping. The weather was nice. June was good. There was humidity in the morning and heat in the afternoon, which is excellent for flowers and biodiversity. So we were able to do spring honey, ”explains the specialist in wonders. According to Véronique Froidevaux-Metage, cooling in July did not pose too many problems. “The bees certainly ate a little honey during this period, but as they had enough, they were not hungry.
