Recent facts (2021–2024)

2024 edition : George Russell crosses the line in the lead, but is disqualified for non-compliance with the minimal weight of his car. The victory returns to Lewis Hamilton, who thus won his fifth success at Spa, equaling Ayrton Senna and returning to a victory for Michael Schumacher’s record.
The fastest round in race : Sergio Pérez signs the best tour during the GP 2024 with a time of 1’44.701, made in the last round (44ᵉ).
Tripped for Verstappen : Max Verstappen won three consecutive editions of the Belgian Grand Prix between 2021 and 2023. In 2022, he won despite a departure since 14ᵉ place, thus making the second most beautiful rise in history to Spa, after that of Michael Schumacher in 1995.
