This year, you will have to move around Saguenay to celebrate Canada’s Day. Indeed, the activities are concentrated in the three districts of the city.
Chicoutimi
Several activities are scheduled for July 1, at the Port area of Chicoutimi. When the site is opened, at 11 a.m., inflatable games, hot dogs and cakes will be on site. The king’s madmen will also be there and there will be dance with Salsa Nueva.
In the evening, Cynthia Harvey will warm the public before Jonathan Roy’s show at 9 p.m.
Jonquière
The Canada Day is celebrated from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Rivière-aux-Sables park in Jonquière. Music, water games, inflatable games and climbing wall are on the menu during this family day.
To the bathroom
There will also be animation for Canada’s Day on Tuesday July 1 in Bay. The whole starts at 1 p.m., when the king’s madmen are at the agora of the port village. From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Evenma will be on the scene with the DJ Seb for lacks to set the mood with Canadian music. At 9 p.m., Suzie Villeneuve will be on stage to close the day of festivities.
This celebration will mark the official start of summer activities at Agora.
