Six products from the range of silver oak cheeses are affected.
Several brand cheeses Silver oak marketed in LIDL stores from all over France are the subject of a consumption recall. The “small fields” 200 g, the “goat log” 180 g, the oval cheese “the double” 300 g, the coulommiers 350 g, the “tripartite by lidl” 250 g and the Camembert 250 g are affected by the alert whose lots numbers are detailed on the Government Reminder Console.
These cheeses should not be consumed or preserved. The list of stores concerned is also available online. The alert was issued on August 9 and is valid until October 10, the goods must be returned for reimbursement with the store.
These six references present a risk of contamination by Listeria Monocytogenes. This bacteria is responsible for listeriosis, a disease whose symptoms are fever, isolated or accompanied by headache, and aches. You have to consult your doctor.
Please note, serious forms with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage can also sometimes occur in pregnant women. Listeriosis is a disease that can be serious and whose incubation period can go up to eight weeks.
