Costco branch customers in Canada who have been emptied their gift card following fraud and must also be fighting with the detail to be reimbursed.

In a letter sent to its cheated customers, Costco informs them that a survey is underway.
Among the people who testified at CBC, three were reimbursed by the American company after long and laborious steps.
However, a customer was refused by Costco managers while another continues her procedures to gain their case.
Frauds occurred in June and July. Costco had temporarily stopped the sale of these gift cards last month.
For the moment, no customers attending Costco du Québec branches has come forward to denounce this kind of situation.
