Darty puts a Xiaomi tablet in a pack at a minimum price during the sales

With its 8.7 inches, this Redmi Pad is aimed at mobility. It holds in a small bag, is used with one hand, and weighs only 373 grams. The LCD slab displays an HD+ definition (1340 x 800 pixels), and also offers a refresh frequency of 90 Hz, which makes it much more pleasant to use than one could imagine in this price range.

Its Mediatek Helio G85 processor, coupled with 4 GB of RAM, is more than enough to run everyday apps: youtube, chrome, emails, Netflix, or some not too gourmet games. And the hyperos interface (on Android 14) remains well optimized, without unnecessary overload.

With 64 GB of storage storage via a microSD card, this tablet can take a lot of offline content. Perfect for long journeys, holidays or family use. The shell included in this pack further strengthens the interest of the offer, it protects well and even allows the tilted tablet to be placed.

Enduring and well equipped for its price

On the battery side, Xiaomi has seen right: 6,650 mAh capacity, which easily gives more than 10 hours of mixed use. Enough to hold several days if it is used especially for video viewing or reading. The fast load of 18 W is done via USB-C, a good point to avoid exotic cables.

The Dolby Atmos compatible double stereo speaker located on both sides ensures correct sound, sufficient for YouTube content, Visio calls or a series on compatible SVOD platforms. The front (5 MP) and rear (8 MP) camera make the minimum union for punctual use.

In terms of connection, we stay on Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5 mm jack port. No surprise, but nothing is missing for a tablet of this caliber. The whole remains consistent, well finished, and rather much more pleasant than what the majority of tablets are offered around € 100.
